Sol Movement is digital coaching and training for women. With a deep focus on community and empowerment we offer an array of programs for a woman on her fitness journey - whether she’s yet to start on it or is training for another half-marathon.
Whether you’re a beginner just looking to improve your basic fitness and core strength in a way that fits easily into your day as a busy mom or professional, or you’re looking to train for something more athletic; from a fun run in the local park on a Saturday morning, to a half-marathon, Sol Movement will support you on your way – all in the privacy and comfort of your own environment.
I’m a triathlon coach and fitness guru for women who want to take the first step toward transforming their lives.
I believe in a woman’s power to change the world when she finds peace in herself and a confidence in her strength and beauty. I believe in each of our abilities to reprogram our minds to uncover amazing things by focusing on a goal and working toward it one step at a time.
I believe in community over competition. No woman is on her journey alone, and we were designed to be in relationship and sharing in life’s challenges and triumphs together. I am passionate about helping women who are ready to take action to transform their minds and bodies through fitness.
