Taking time for ourselves, making our health and fitness a priority can be so challenging. As women, we have so many things needing our time and attention that we often forget to pay attention to ourselves and our own needs. 

Getting fit and staying fit doesn't need to take hours of your time every day. You don't need a gym membership to get your workout done. I've put together a schedule of exercises that you can do from the comfort of your own home in as little as five minutes per day. 

I demonstrate the first week's exercises in the short videos below. Download the schedule to help you through the various exercises and suggested methods for your workout. 

This content is presented free to give you an opportunity to try a selection of exercises including a sequence of yoga positions over a five day period.
