Sol Movement is a all about fitness for women.
It is our mission to help a woman to love and appreciate her body by developing an understanding of what she is capable of. We are about training the body, mind and heart to set a goal and achieve it. We believe in the power that comes from being together in a community of like-minded women who are working towards similar goals, inspiring one another daily in their journeys.
Sol Movement helps women to overcome the negativity we have toward our bodies by uncovering what we are capable of and the power within our bodies to do amazing things.
We offer coaching and training plans for all level of athlete, or aspiring athlete, with a deep focus on community and empowerment. We offer 1:1 coaching and group programs focused on general fitness, running and triathlon.
