Run with Sol

Running is one of the most accessible forms of fitness and is ideal for just about every woman. Yes, I really believe that.

We were pretty much born with everything we need to do it, and no matter how long you have to workout – a short or long run is always a good workout.

Wherever you are in your fitness journey, running can help you achieve your goals.

If you're just flirting with the idea of running for your first 5K or you’re an avid half-marathoner who is looking for something more in your training, Sol Movement programs cover basics for beginners as well as insights to help experienced runners advance their game.

What people are saying about Sol Movement

Sophie, London

In doing the Sol Movement Run program, I definitely feel like I'm improving and I'm actually really enjoying the interval runs! It's so great having a structure to follow and I feel great once I've done them. I also feel like I've managed to increase the distance of my runs without really noticing.

For years I would just go for a 30min run which is about 5k for me. Now my standard runs with the Sol interval training seem to be about 6-6.5km. My endurance and speed are definitely improving!

Lizzie, St. Louis

There are loads of free training schedules out there, but the coaching from Sol Movement and the incredible support and encouragement from the community, helped bring me across my finish line with confidence and ahead of my race goal.

Alex, Washington, D.C.

I love The Sol Movement Community- it’s been a game changer for me - to have something outside of my old day-to-day routine that I can look forward to that’s just for me - something I’ve neglected since I had kids. I thrive on the feeling of accountability to this community and all the support these ladies provide by encouraging each other and sharing their own goals and progress.
